Details

Frame:
The front triangle is made with Spirit HSS tubes and for the setays we used Reynolds 853 and Dedaccai Zero. The seat tube is a custom rolled carbon fiber tube made for Karamba Frameworks. Everything connected together using 3D printed stainless lugs, TIG welding and bonding.
The paint is a combination of metallic black along with Volcano Red Pearl from Aston Martin. On top of the seat tube we have a topper made of titanium using the SLM method along with Enve hardwere

Wheels:
Second generation of CarbonOne wheels leverages latest design of carbon spokes where end rods are mechanically hooked into carbon spoke. All previous types of spokes (even the ones with the same finish/look) had end rods glued using epoxy and this was the weakest point of previous spokes. These spokes came to the market early 2024 and there is a global patent hold by one single manufacturer. With this new design, spokes are absolutely bullet proof and at the same time provide all the advantages confirmed from the riders who are using today

CarbonOne wheels:
- great stiffness
- much more comfortable ride on rough roads (confirmed by ALL riders)
- lightness (one spoke with nipple weight less than 3g where cx-ray with nipple is 5.5g)

Road version of CarbonOne wheels will come in triplet lacing (2:1) which has several additional benefits comparing to 1:1 lacing
- greater lateral stiffness
- equal spoke tension on both sides of the wheel
- responsiveness is noticeably better than traditional 1:1 lacing, especially during the sprints or strong climbings uphill

Hubs are 100% designed for triplet lacing and drive side flange was oversized. Hubs come with all freehub types (Shimano, xdr, Campagnolo) and optional with ceramic bearings.
Road rims come in 30mm, 40mm and 50mm rims profile and 22mm inner width. Weight for each is 1250g / 1300g/ 1350g CarbonOne II wheels will also come for Gravel riders, with 25mm inner with and 40mm rim profile. Weight will be approx 1320g
This is the test/prototype version. Final wheels will have slightly different graphics and finish. CarbonOne II version should be available on the market in Q2 / 2025 and the price will remain the same as CarbonOne I version (8k PLN / 1.8k EUR)
